This project is for renovations to the existing 135,851sq ft Sojouner Truth Hall. Truth Hall constructed in 1972 is a 14 story structure, which presently has 384 beds. The project will include a renovation of the structure to include fire suppression, fire alarm, roof, HVAC, paint, flooring, and code updates that may be required.
