• Roadway improvements along W. Lee Flowers Roadway. Right and left turn lane additions and milling and repaving an existing portion of W. Lee Flowers Roadway.

Base Bid work - complete removal and replacement of all glass fenestrations (windows and storefronts) and all exterior sealant joints for Building 123. Modifications, cleaning, and repairs to the interior finishes at/around the fenestrations and exterior masonry repairs and  modifications are also included. ALT 1 includes the same scope of work as the Base Bid for the adjacent building, Building 122 and includes asbestos abatement of non-friable.

The project consist of renovate seven classrooms and auxiliary spaces in the old Lexington Middle school for Continuing Educational Classes. The renovation to include Painting, new ceiling and lighting, new flooring and updating the electrical and Data network.

The City of Spartanburg is requesting proposals to demolish residential structure(s) in the City of Spartanburg, Scattered sites - Spartanburg, SC.

Scope of work includes roof replacement of the low slope roof areas down to the existing roof deck for approximately100 squares at the facility. Roof replacement includes minor roof deck repairs, roof insulation, and a two-ply modified bitument roof system. Associated sheet metal components and accessories are included.

Base Bid work includes the replacement of Cooling Only HVAC Split Systems, Alternate work includes the replacement of HVAC Split System Heat Pumps.
