RE-ADVERTISEMENT: The project consists of dual jack-and-bore stormwater pipes under US-17, to establish a new direct outfall (via culvert pipes) across US-17 (Ocean Highway). Water, sewer, and electrical utilities will be relocated as necessary as part of the project. All disturbed areas will be restored to their original state with landscaping, vegetative ground cover, or pavement.
The project includes replacement of exterior windows and doors, a partial roof replacement (TPO roofing areas excluded), removal of playground equipment, grading and drainage design package, waterproofing of the exterior building, painting of the interior of the building, replacement of existing lighting fixtures with new LED fixtures, replacement of existing kiddie toilets, and modernization of adult restrooms.
